Premier Royal Ace Series 5.5x14 Snare Drum

Description

Here is a beautiful 1960's Premier Royal Ace Snare Drum.  It has been rewrapped and all of the parts are from the 1960's as well.
It features birch shells with beech re-rings.
This particular line was the mainstay of the Premier Drum Company for many years.
This model is the 5.5 model and it has Premier's unique parallel snare strainer that allows for extra sensitivity across the batter head.
