will this work on a 09 chevy 1500 ?
The system is made to go under the axle which means that the axle has to be above the leaf spring will not work on Chevy 1500, or any other vehicle that has the axle under the leaf spring
Will this work on a 94 F350?
Probably not. Your suspension components are probably too large for the hardware provided. A more likely affordable type of helper spring is a coil spring that clamps to your axil directly under the frame. Search for "one ton pickup coil helper springs." And be sure your shocks are still good. Good luck.
